Our client is a leading global conglomerate with a significant presence globally across several industry verticals. They are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel, reporting to the Group Head Legal.
The successful candidate will lead general corporate legal matters as a strategic adviser to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate M&A transactions, project finance, general commercial and EPC.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Singapore or England & Wales and bring 18–20 years of legal experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house environment within a complex international organisation. Experience and exposure to real estate transactions will be advantageous.
