Our client is a global asset manager with a sizeable AUM globally. They are hiring for a Head of Compliance to join the team in Singapore. You will oversee all aspects of licensing and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with asset management compliance licensing regulations. Monitor regulatory frameworks, legal compliance and internal policy standards. Monitor any high-risk transactions and mitigate any risks in the business, including onboarding and KYC of new customers.
At least 10–12 years of compliance experience — ideally with experience in another asset manager. Able to work independently. Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders.
