Our client is a global energy player looking to expand its legal team.
You will provide legal support across upstream assets, joint ventures, acquisitions, LNG, LNG-to-power project development and terminal capacity arrangements. You will be responsible for upstream acquisitions, divestments, structuring and transaction documentation, as well as commercial agreements for LNG and LNG-to-power projects and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8–15 PQE in the LNG and project development space, with significant experience in LNG and project development. Leading law firm experience is preferred but not mandatory.
